Welcome to Diana Dyer's new blog!

I suppose I should have started my blog with a welcome instead of starting by telling you why I was beginning this new venture. So, WELCOME! I hope you enjoy your visit and share a comment.

Congrats on the blog! I will be following your posts and hope you get the amazing sense of satisfaction from doing it!
Your website has been a godsend to me and my daughter and we are ordering your book. We really look forward to reading it and beginning the next phase of 'healing' her body! Thank you and God Bless You.
One, more thing - please light a candle for her as she continues her next step in treatment, tamoxifen. She is way to young for this at 29. Thank you again.

Your information has been such a blessing. Thank you for what you do. I was just diagnosed 3 weeks ago with breast cancer and am 36. I am searching for any and all ways to be as healthy as I can be. I have two little ones and so much to live for.

Holli,
Welcome to my blog. I am still here 2+ years after starting it, 25 years after my first breast cancer at age 34 and 14 years after my second one at age 45. My boys are now ages 31 and 26. They were 7 and almost 2 when all this started.

Yes, you have lots to live for and I send you all my best wishes for health, healing, and hope!

You have inspired me to start a blog, so thank you. I had a blog to keep family and friends updated while my husband was in and out of the hospital when he suffered with a fatal cancer a few years ago. I was just getting over the loss of my husband when I got an operable cancer of my own, and am doing well 3 years after my hysterectomy. I have your book and have recommended it and your website to others. Now, I am pleased to find your blog. Good luck with your organic farming. I lost my organic farmer when my husband died, but I hope to get a few tomato plants into the ground next year. Not as easy for me as I also have physical limitations due to post polio, but I am enjoying the fresh herbs I have planted, so who knows what I can handle...maybe some raised beds! Thanks for being such a good inspiration for all of us...Jann

Jann,
I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your husband and your own health challenges. However, you are one of the many inspirational people that I meet everyday, either in person or via the internet. I hope you have some raised beds made for you in order to grow some of your own food in addition to your herbs. You may find some ideas and inspiration at one of my other blogs - www.cancervictorygardens.com, along with tips regarding accessibility at my post that covers this important topic: http://www.cancervictorygardens.com/2010/03/accessibility-gardening-tips-for-people.html

Thanks for writing to share your own cancer story, and best wishes to you for health, healing, and hope!

Stumbled across you by accident but feel that I was guided to you. I have MS and diagnosed with breast cancer 2009, which has spread to my lungs and bones. You are an inspiration and I will be following your recipes, along side my strong faith, support of family and friends, and a posivite attitude. May I ask about your recipes you use measurements 1/2 c or 2T what do they mean? I live in england and to me 1/2c is half a cup and 2T is 2 tablespoons is this correct.
God Bless you,and kind regards Susan.

Welcome to my blog. I'm glad you found your way here. I do believe the universe provides or guides us to the help we need when we let it do so. It is my hope that my long experience as a multiple-time cancer survivor will provide both 'information and inspiration' to those on a similar journey.

Answering your question, yes T. = tablespoon and C. = cup. In addition, tsp. = teaspoon. I hope that clears up any confusion and makes translating my recipes to your measurements easier.

Please stop by again, and know that I am sending you all my best wishes for health, healing, and hope!
