You have been invited to take part in a research study designed to learn more about the use of nutritional complementary and alternative therapies as it relates to cancer prevention and treatment. Your participation will be greatly appreciated.

Tomoko Okada, RD, CDN is a candidate in the department of Nutrition, Food Studies, and Public Health at New York University as part of a graduate research class. There are no known risks associated with your participation in this research beyond those of everyday life.
